ENROLMENT STEPS

St Paul’s Lutheran Primary School Henty is a small school with a big heart.

As part of the Lutheran Education system, we offer a caring, inclusive learning environment where every child is known, valued, and supported. We warmly welcome enrolment enquiries from any families seeking a close‑knit school community with strong values. Our school warmly welcomes students from different religions, nationalities and backgrounds.

We accept enrolment applications on a continuous basis throughout the year from Kindergarten to Year 6.

EXCITING NEWS FOR KINDERGARTEN ENROLMENTS IN 2027

Families enrolling in Kindergarten for 2027 will receive 50% off tuition fees for their child’s first year at St Paul’s Henty, making now the perfect time to enquire and secure your place.

KINDERGARTEN TRANSITION

St Paul’s Henty offers an age‑appropriate transition program led by our Kindergarten teacher during Semester 2 supporting children to build confidence and readiness for school. The program is open to both enrolled children and families wishing to have the opportunity to explore St Paul’s.

Children can start Kindergarten at the beginning of the school year if they turn 5 on, or before, 31 July that year. All children must be in compulsory schooling by their 6th birthday.

All transition students will receive a St Paul’s school shirt, ready for their first day of Kinder!

STEP 4:
On a vacancy being available in the required year level, you will be contacted to arrange an enrolment interview. Please note an enrolment interview does not guarantee entry into St Paul’s.

STEP 7:Once the offer is returned and signed by all relevant parties to the enrolment, enrolment is confirmed on payment of a $50 fee deposit (non-refundable).

ENROLMENT STEPS

STEP 2:
An enrolment application will be emailed to you, or you can pick up a copy from the school office.

STEP 5:The interview will be conducted by the Principal or delegate. The enrolling student must attend the interview.

STEP 6:On completion of a successful enrolment interview an Offer of Enrolment from the Principal is made.

Lodge the enrolment application along with the required documents.

STEP 8:Forms for Medical Details and Permissions will be issued. Fill and return before commencement of school.

FEES & DISCOUNTS

To receive the sibling discount, children must be attending at the same time.

St Paul's offers weekly, fortnightly or monthly flexible fee payment arrangements. There is also the opportunity for a 5% discount if ANNUAL FEES are paid in full by 15th March each year. To enquire about this option, please contact the school office.

Our modest fees are inclusive of all resources and activities except camps and school uniform.

The Principal can explore options of financial assistance and bursaries with families.

A secondary school tuition fees discount of 20% is available to Year 6 students who successfully enrol at St Paul’s College, Walla Walla for their high school education.
